Ordering & Pricing

How much will my custom jewelry piece cost and what factors determine the price?

Custom jewelry cost starts at $1,800+, typically $1,500–$20,000+, based on metal, gemstones, design complexity, and labor in the custom design process.

What payment methods do you accept, and do you require a deposit or offer financing?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, PayPal & checks. A 50% deposit starts custom jewelry production; balance due before shipping. Financing from $50K+, 0% APR.

Do you offer rush orders, and what is the extra cost for expedited production?

Yes, we offer a rush option for custom jewelry orders. Expedited production adds +20% to the quote (min $350) and can shorten timelines by 1-2 weeks depending on design.

Is it possible to order the same jewelry design again, and who retains the intellectual property rights?

You can reorder the same custom jewelry design—CAD files are stored ~15 years. IP rights belong to the creator unless transferred in writing.

Stones & Materials

Does the price include the stone and its certification, and who issues the certificate?

Custom jewelry price usually excludes the stone; gemstones are priced separately. Certification is optional and issued by GIA, IGI, AGS or EGL labs.

Do you recommend natural or lab-grown diamonds / gemstones for a custom design?

Choice depends on goals: lab-grown diamonds cost 70–90% less with similar look; natural stones offer rarity, history, and long-term value.

How do you verify stone authenticity and quality — do you send them to independent labs?

We verify stones in-house, then send high-value gems to independent labs (GIA, IGI, AGL, EGL) for certification—reports confirm authenticity, 4Cs, and treatments.

What’s the best durable gemstone for daily wear that aligns with my birthstone?

For daily wear, choose durable birthstones with Mohs 7–10 like diamond, sapphire or ruby—hard, chip-resistant options that align with many zodiac signs.

Are the materials for my custom jewelry ethically sourced and conflict-free?

Materials are ethically sourced and conflict-free via U.S. suppliers complying with Kimberley Process, AML laws, and EPA standards, with full supply chain transparency.

Which metal do you recommend for daily-wear jewelry, and how does it affect cost and durability?

For daily wear, 14K gold offers best durability/cost balance; platinum is the strongest option but costs more (+30–40% weight, +20–30% labor). 18K is softer.

How durable is the jewelry? Can it handle sports, sleep, and daily showers?

Durable custom jewelry (14K gold, platinum) can handle daily wear and showers, but sports and sleep increase wear; remove to prevent damage to settings and stones.

Design & Production

Can you set heirloom stones or transform old jewelry into a new custom design?

Yes—heirloom stones can be reset and old jewelry redesigned. Each stone is inspected, and metals can be refined for durable custom settings.

How long does the full custom jewelry process take from consultation to completion?

Custom jewelry typically takes 3–6 weeks from consultation to completion. Production after CAD approval takes 2–4 weeks; shipping adds 1–3 days.

What’s the step-by-step process for custom jewelry, and how do I get started?

Custom jewelry process: free consultation → quote & deposit → CAD/3D design → casting & stone setting → QC & delivery. Start with a consultation; timeline ~3–6 weeks.

Can I review a CAD design, 3D model, or wax/metal prototype before manufacturing?

Yes—review CAD/3D models and request a wax prototype before production. Unlimited revisions are included; manufacturing starts only after final approval.

How many design revisions are included in the price, and how are extra changes billed?

Unlimited free custom jewelry design revisions are included before CAD approval; after approval, changes are billed based on labor, materials, and production stage.

Do you make custom jewelry in-house or through partner studios?

Custom jewelry is made fully in-house—CAD, design, and production by one team; suppliers provide materials only, ensuring full control and accountability.

Do you have a portfolio with client testimonials and before-and-after images?

Yes—our custom jewelry portfolio features real client testimonials, before-and-after photos, and verified reviews across website, social media, and Google.
