I decided to create a new family heirloom by converting my grandmother’s long-standing family stone into an engagement ring with Olertis. I wasn’t looking for anything trendy, just wanted something that felt right. The staff spent a considerable amount of time educating me about options and designs, but they never pushed. I think what I enjoyed the most was the respect the staff had towards the history of the stone. The final product does not feel over-designed or contrived. When I asked her to marry me, she did not miss a beat. That response said everything I needed to know.

For my ice chain, I went full throttle and Olertis delivered. They captured the exact look I envisioned. Each stone is vibrant, evenly spaced, and the whole piece feels solid in hand. The shine is tremendous but it does not appear gaudy or unrefined.

Upon visiting Olertis with a somewhat fragmented concept for a family crest signet ring that lacked clarity in terms of execution - Natalie somehow grasped the essence of my intent and assisted in translating it into something organized and cohesive. She removed clutter where it existed in excess, altered proportions so that it appeared balanced, and achieved an engraved design that was crisp but not too prominent (a critical component for me). The final ring feels sturdy, rests comfortably against my finger, and lacks pretentiousness - which is impressive based on how Davidmanaged this project. Great job!

Before ordering a custom piece from Olertis, I didn’t have a clear idea of the final design, which is unusual for me. Throughout the creative process, the staff at Olertis guided me toward various directions without attempting to push any extraneous elements onto me. The end result feels authentic, as if it is something that I might have selected if I could visually envision it from the beginning. Also I didn’t expect it to be ready in just three weeks, so that was a really nice surprise.

When creating custom pin badges for my work team and faced with a relatively short timeline, I was pleasantly surprised with how promptly Olertis managed each phase of production. Their efficiency allowed for timely completion of designs, revisions were seamless and all of the completed pin badges were aesthetically perfect. No part of the process seemed hurried, everyone in the team immediately recognized the superior quality of the pins upon receiving them - which is what I really hoped for.If I decide to start any other custom jewelry project in the future, I would certainly reach out to them.

Huge thanks to Mark for all his help! This project was less about developing an exciting design and more about telling a story. Since the agate stones originated from a lake where I vacationed with my mother, I desired to avoid a flashy or excessive aesthetic. Instead, Olertis transformed it into a customized necklace and kept the design minimal, allowing the stones to tell their story. This resulted in a necklace that is wearable casually, yet maintains sufficient emotional significance.

Finding the right drop earrings was tougher than I anticipated. I kept noticing small issues, too rigid, too heavy, wrong angle — so we went through a few rounds of adjustments. Credit to Olertis for persevering through the back-and-forth, ultimately fine-tuning the movement of the earrings. The earrings dangle freely now and don’t get in the way at all. To date, I have worn them continuously throughout the entire day and haven’t even given them a second thought, which speaks volumes.

It was a little tough to choose tanzanite when I started shopping, but now I am super happy I chose it. The platinum setting helps keep everything clean, and the stone has such great depth — I can’t quite describe it unless you see it in person. In different lighting, the stone shifts just enough to keep things interesting. At the same time , nothing about this custom ring feels oversized or over-the-top. It’s low-key, but still stands out.

I had an excellent experience with Olertis and couldn't be happier with the final result. They truly delivered exactly what I was looking for. When they first shared the 3D design of my custom ring, I noticed an extra bezel detail that didn't quite match my vision. I'm not usually comfortable speaking up in situations like that, but when I asked about making a change, they were incredibly understanding, responsive, and easy to work with.

Their communication throughout the entire process was consistent and reassuring. Although the ring arrived slightly later than originally estimated, I was kept informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated.

Overall, the quality, service, and customer care were outstanding. I would absolutely work with them again for any future custom jewelry pieces.

We picked the black onyx tie clip with matching cufflinks so that we could get something that was clean without being boring. It’s the graduation gift for our son. All of the other sets we've looked at have either tried way too hard or are completely unremarkable. This set strikes a nice balance, it's refined, has some nice contrast, and is simple enough. They also both have a good weight, solid, substantial and don't feel hollow or too light. The fastening mechanisms work smoothly and are very dependable. He’s already worn them numerous times and hasn't had any issues so far.

I put off reaching out to them about creating a custom platinum piece. I thought that most likely nobody would understand my vision. After sending them some rough ideas of what I wanted, they took those concepts and created something that exceeded my expectations. Everything looked balanced and nothing was too much or overwhelming. Guys were very helpful during the entire process. As soon as I received the custom platinum design, I knew it was special. The feel of the platinum itself felt solid. The finish is flawless. And overall, it just looked right. I like how simple it is in a positive way. This is exactly what I envisioned, it just turned out so much better.
