To satisfy my concerns, Natalie modified the stone selection twice until we got the right result. The finished product has a more subdued tone, which makes it much easier to wear.
We also refined the chain length until it sat exactly where I wanted. Overall, I really love how it turned out. Glad I went with Olertis.
At first, I thought the chain would appear unfinished, however, after reviewing different versions and learning how the spacing affects movement and shine, the final version has a light yet solid feel. Also, because of the spacing, the chain twists much less than most others. Overall, it's one of those pieces that you rarely even notice you're wearing. Great little place to go for personal service. Very happy with the result and think it was very fairly priced.

You didn't just make it, you understood the vibe instantly and even suggested a few twists that made it more wearable without losing the wow factor. When the package arrived I teared up at the post office. Craftsmanship is real: stone settings are flawless, alexandrite shifts from blue to purple in different lighting, secret detail is perfect, and bar length/comfort is spot on (no irritation after all-day wear).

Their 3d renderings were spot on, shipping was faster than you said it would be, the box was beautiful and the gia certs were included. When I gave it to her she just stared at it for like 10 seconds, then burst into happy tears and said ""this is literally my necklace"". That reaction alone made the whole process worth it.
