We only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card or the address confirmed on your PayPal account. Please note to ensure a safe and secure delivery, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Packaging
All jewelry will be presented gift ready in an Olertis gift box, tied with a ribbon, ready to present. Gift wrapping is available upon request, as well as a handwritten card instead of a gift receipt.
International shipping
If you are receiving your order outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which the package is being shipped. Please note international orders do not include customs processing and may be subject to further delays.
Return
If you’re not completely satisfied with your item after you receive it, return it within the two weeks and we will remake or modify your returned jewelry at no cost for you. We will work with you throughout the jewelry production process and until you are satisfied.
Insurance
Your jewelry is insured against loss while in transit to you. Once the package has been delivered, the jewelry is deemed to be the responsibility of the recipient and all insurance protection provided by us during transit ceases.
