Everything in nature has a tendency to expand as it develops. Much like this, a major Chinese jewelry brand Chow Tai Fook (CTF) is currently looking to increase its presence in some new markets in Asia and other regions. In order to ensure its success, it has already appointed a highly qualified international manager Gabriela Ferreira.
Prior to CFT, Gabriela leaded the LVMH-owned fashion brand Loewe where she covered Asia and the Oceanian region. Under her mindful guidance, the company’s popularity increased, which made her a recognizable figure in managerial circles.

In her new position as a general manager for CTF, Gabriela will expand the company’s team in Singapore and help it organize its operations in Southeast Asia.
The jewelry giant is very optimistic about developments in this region because of its unrivaled buying potential and great demand for Chinese goods. Moreover, the region’s tourism sector is showing a promising growth rate which ensures attracting new customers.
CTF’s director Kent Wong expressed his hopes for Gabriela’s success. Kent is sure that his new colleague will identify the ideal regions to target. In particular, she will work with densely populated communities that appreciate traditional Chinese art and at the same time have a lot of popular tourist attractions.
The CFT chain has several branch shops, specifically, in Cambodia, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and some other countries. Apart from its heavy Asian presence, the company has some branch offices in the US and Canada. Eight years ago, it even bought a popular jewelry brand located in Boston.
