Job Description.

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Associate that is passionate, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will be an integral part of the marketing team, collaborating with the team to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue. The position will be performed remotely, but will require the ability to occasionally participate in the jewelry shows when needed. The position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and will require 20-25 hours of work per week.

In your capacity as our Marketing Associate, you will:

  • Assist the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, including email, social media, podcasts, and website.
  • Monitor Olertis’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for current news, trends, ideas, and content feedback.
  • Create and post social media content to promote Olertis’s strategic partnerships among other content.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for social media content development and management.
  • Perform contact database maintenance, including (but not limited to) researching contacts and updating records.
  • Assist with advertisement creation—editing, graphics, promoting on social media.
  • Assist, when able, with in-person events at Olertis.
  • Maintain and update a task management portal to track all marketing activities.
  • Support the marketing team in regular administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
